CSHQA designed a master plan for Idaho Power's new 240,000 square foot head quarters in downtown Boise so that the company could centralize its offices and bring several departments into the same location. At the same time CSHQA renovated the existing, 50,000 sf headquarters (directly across the street from the new building), which is linked via an underground walkway to the new building.
