The CW Moore Plaza is an 8-story mixed-use tower designed for office use on the upper floors and office and/or retail tenants on the ground floor. The design of the floor plan was enhanced by adding two 30 ft bays that extend outward from each dominant face of the building, allowing more flexibility and opportunities for various office configurations. Shared building amenities include a 2,400 sf conferencing center, rooftop terrace/dining area with food service, and main floor lobby with concierge services.
