The Idaho Independent Bank Building is an 86,000 sf, six-story office building. The project is located on Front, Fifth, and Broad Streets in downtown Boise's River Street-Myrtle Street Urban Design Plan area. Street design standards required historical streetlights and site improvements that would promote and enhance the pedestrian experience. The bank's drive-through lanes adjacent to Broad Street have decorative metal lattice grilles, allowing the landscape plantings to grow and provide a pedestrian-friendly buffer. The energy efficient building utilizes geothermal water readily available to the property.
